Mr. Harsh Jain, Director, Neminath Group

Mr. Harsh Jain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from the United States, where he gained global exposure to innovative design principles, sustainable architecture, and modern construction practices. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating spaces that blend functionality with aesthetics, Harsh has brought a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to the real estate business. Actively involved in both residential and commercial property development, he focuses on delivering thoughtful, design-driven projects that cater to evolving urban lifestyles. After completing his graduation, he has assisted his father in the successful completion of over 25 projects.

Mr. Deval Shah, Director, Disha Group

Mr. Deval Dinesh Shah brings a strong foundation in civil engineering, backed by a postgraduate degree in Construction Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is currently active Director at Neminath Corp, Neminath and Disha Group as well. His expertise in structural integrity, efficient project execution, and sustainable development has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision. He has never compromised on quality even though it meant reducing profit. He is a young and dynamic engineer with a key focus on procuring redevelopment projects within Mumbai suburbs and widely experienced in construction of residential and commercial projects. He brings hands-on experience from working on 10-15 projects in close association with his father, Mr. Dinesh Maneklal Shah, who is the CMD and Founder of Disha Group.
